When making a reservation at La Paz Resorts:
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking

- Check-in and check-out times will be communicated upon booking confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: No refund
- No-shows will not be refunded
We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
4. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest at La Paz Resorts, you agree to:
- Respect the property, staff, other guests, and the local environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff
- Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
- Report any damages or issues promptly
- Be responsible for any damages caused during your stay
5. Activities and Excursions
Some activities arranged through La Paz Resorts (such as surfing, volcano hikes, or dirt bike tours) are provided by third-party operators. While we work only with trusted partners, participation in these activities is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance and following all safety guidelines provided by activity operators.
