• Pay all applicable fees and charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our small operation:

• 14+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
• 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund (credit for future stay may be offered)

• Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM)
• Keep accommodations clean and tidy

5. Liability & Activities

La Paz Resorts offers various adventure activities including surfing, volcano hiking, and dirt bike tours. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge that:

• Outdoor activities carry inherent risks
• You are responsible for your own fitness and health
• You must follow all safety instructions from guides
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

We are not liable for injuries or losses resulting from participation in activities where guests fail to follow safety guidelines.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
